What sizes are they available in?
Our futon mattresses are available in a variety of thicknesses. 6 layer (approx. 6"), 8 layer (approx. 8"), and 10 layer (approx. 10"). Waterbed inserts or any other custom sizes are also available. Call for a quote.

Mattress Styles
At the futon shop we are proud to offer a wide variety of mattresses to satisfy our customer needs. We offer Futon Mattresses of medium and high-density foam with selections of soft, medium, and firm comfort mattresses and our top-of-the-line Memory foam mattress!
Below is a description of each of the futons we manufacture.
Each mattress is made with superior quality new materials which includes a high grade of virgin fiber cottons bats.
Deluxe-8-layer
The Deluxe Futon is a medium density mattress.
Its medium firm feel makes it very versatile, as it is soft enough to use as a couch and firm enough to use as a bed.
It is one of our most popular mattresses, and it comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
The Deluxe Futon contains:
- 4 layers of cotton
- 4 layers of 1” - Medium Density Foam
Royal Plush & Royal Firm-8-layer
If you are looking for more durable and longer lasting everyday use futon mattress Our Royal Line is available in both the Royal Firm and Royal Plush Models. Built with high density foams specific to your comfort preference.
Because of their featured high-density foam. They both come with a 5 year warranty.
The Royal Firm contains:
4 layers of cotton
4 layers of 1" High Density Firm Foam
The Royal Plush contains:
4 layers of cotton
4 layers of 1" High Density Soft Foam
Polysoft
For a more luxurious soft mattress Our Polysoft Model is the one for you! Its unique design includes high density convoluted foams and layers of special densified polyester to create comfortable and soft couch mattress and a great soft bed. Comes with a 5 year manufacture's warranty.
The Polysoft contains:
- 2 layers of cotton
- 4 layers of high density soft convoluted and flat foams
- 2 layers of densified polyester
Edgecore
If your need is an everyday family couch futon then it is worth taking a look at our Edgecore futon.
The Edge futon mattress is an innovative design engineered for optimum comfort and durability as an everyday couch. Its high-density foam core design features a edge long high-density solid foam edge support to ensure its long lasting everyday use support and a densified polyester layers for comfort.
Comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.
The Edge contains:

Memory Foam
Our top of the line Memory Foam Model has been specially designed to be our most luxurious quality mattress Its unique design which includes high density features high density foams to create base for our top of the line unique to our industry High density Memory Foam.
